November is Restorative Justice month for the Catholic Church in California. The topic of Restorative Justice is especially prevalent in our diocese as Bishop Brennan is the Chair of the Restorative Justice committee for the California Catholic Conference and Bishop Emeritus Armando Ochoa also sits on the committee.

U.S. Bishops to Meet Nov. 13-16 in Baltimore; Assembly to Be Live Streamed 


The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) will gather for the 2023 Fall Plenary Assembly in Baltimore on November 13 - 16, 2023. Throughout the meeting, the bishops will spend time in prayer and fraternal dialogue with one another. Public sessions of the assembly on November 14 and 15 will be livestreamed.

Bishop Emeritus Ochoa celebrated the Annual All Souls Day Mass at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Fresno.


Thank you to the faithful who attended in honor of our loved ones who have passed. It was a record-breaking attendance!

Annual Turkey Drive

Help feed a family in need


The Diocese of Fresno's Catholic Charities and KSEE24 needs your help to serve families in the greatest of need this holiday season! We call on the community to help feed hungry families with a Thanksgiving meal.


Turkey donations will be accepted at the KSEE24 parking lot on Tuesday, November 21st from 5am to 7pm!

St. Anthony Retreat Center, Three Rivers


The St. Anthony Retreat and Conference Center’s 2023 Festival of Trees: Winter Wonderland will be on November 16, 2023! This event features Christmas Trees decorated by local charities and non-profits who auction their trees and silent auction items to the highest bidder! 100% of the proceeds benefit the specific charities and non-profits.


Tickets are $50.00 per person and $75.00 per couple and include access to the live and silent auctions as well as great food and drinks! Tickets may be reserved online by clicking HERE.


Want to do something fun with the whole family? Come on Wednesday, November 15th from 4:00PM - 7:00 PM for a sneak preview and a Free Family Fun Night featuring pictures with Santa, arts & crafts, as well as cookies and cocoa for all!
