Happy Spring!
Spring Cleaning for your Thoughts
Cleaning our brains of negative thoughts is a great spring cleaning exercise. Positive thoughts will boost intelligence, creativity and energy. It also increases the sense of wellbeing.
Add positivity this spring by:
- Finding at least 3 things daily that you are thankful for
- Recall positive experiences by allowing your mind to relive that positive state
- Perform random acts of kindness
- Make peace with what you can and cannot control
