Providing An Opportunity For Diocesan Pilgrimages

Saint Jude Thaddeus Church in Livingston recently got elevated to the Shrine. This celebration corresponded with the Church's 85th anniversary and Rev. Msgr. Harvey's 30th priestly anniversary.

Saint Jude Thaddeus Church will be a shrine where the Faithful throughout the Diocese and beyond can experience physical and spiritual healing.

Respect Life Ministry at Holy Spirit Church, Fresno

Raising Awareness for the Sanctity of Life

Our Respect Life Ministry was blessed with a break in the rain, the sun peeking through the clouds, and a beautiful rainbow! We truly felt God's presence!We prayed a Pro Life Rosary, held our signs high and waved at passersby, receiving over 50 honks (Gary won the honk contest)

I want to thank all involved in the Respect Life Ministry who have worked and prayed over the past 2 months to raise an awareness for the Sanctity of Life, and to encourage a No vote on Proposition 1! Despite the election results, we've only just begun!

Catholic Charities & KSEE 24 Turkey Drive

Any Help Is Greatly Appreciated To Support Families In Need!

Help Catholic Charities feed hungry families this Thanksgiving! Catholic Charities is partnering once again with KSEE24 for our 14th Annual Turkey Drive on November 22nd from 5:00am-7:00pm. On that day, we'll be calling on the community to donate a turkey – or two or three – at KSEE24!

We are also seeking cash or check donations that will allow us to purchase extra turkeys and all the other necessary Thanksgiving meal box items that will be distributed to families including stuffing, instant mashed potatoes, green beans and more! Please consider making a donation at CCDOF.org and designate ‘Turkey Drive’ in the dropdown box.
