Bishop Brennan Gives A Special Thank You And Farewell To

Deacon John Supino On His Retirement

Bishop Brennan celebrated Mass on Sunday, June 10 at St. Paul Newman Center, Fresno to commemorate Deacon John Supino and wish him a happy retirement.

Deacon John was ordained as a permanent deacon in 2003 and appointed as Parish Life Coordinator/Administrator for the Newman Center in 2008 by Bishop John Steinbock.

Catechetical Ministries In Motion

Bishop Brennan's Appreciation Mass And Luncheon For Catechetical Leaders

On Wednesday June 29th, we were able to join in person once again with various ministry leaders from around our diocese for the Bishop’s Appreciation Mass and Luncheon for Catechetical Leaders. This event focuses on offering catechetical leaders an opportunity to gather in community with fellow ministry leaders and celebrate a Mass, have a luncheon, and share in a talk sponsored by a publisher.

Thank you to Monsignor Raymond C. Dreiling for letting us use his beautifully renovated parish facilities and Dee Schultz and Janet Prieto for helping us with the set-up and logistics the day of the event and Pflaum Publishing for sponsoring the speakers and co-sponsoring the luncheon. All of you are greatly appreciated.
