PCard/Travel Card tips & reminders
  • PCard/Travel Card activation within six months of issuance After receiving a new PCard or Travel Card, it should be activated as soon as possible. You can activate your card by calling JP Morgan at 1-866-602-8170 or going to https://ccportal.jpmorgan.com/ccportal/login. If your card has not been activated within six months of issuance, it will be closed.

  • PCard/Travel Card limit cycleThe PCard/Travel Card limit cycle runs from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the next month. This means that your card limit refreshes on the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your card limit will refresh the next business day. Please be aware that your card limit will refresh every month and submitting your expenses in Concur does not replenish your card limit. If additional funds are needed before your limit replenishes, you can request a temporary card increase by submitting a Request a Change to My Card eform.
