Summer 2023
Travel Supplier ShowcaseSave the date!
The U-M Travel Program Team is excited to announce the first annual Travel Program Supplier Showcase. The on-site show will feature representatives from a variety of UM-preferred travel suppliers such as CTP, Delta Airlines, Metro Cars, and others, who can answer your travel-related questions. In addition, you’ll be able to talk one-on-one with members of the U-M Travel Program Team.

“This show will allow U-M employees to learn more about the services provided by our preferred travel suppliers,” said Jeanette Frost, travel program manager. “And they’ll be able to establish relationships with both the U-M Travel Program team and our suppliers.”

11 a.m to 1 p.m.
Palmer Commons, Ann Arbor
PCard/Travel Card tips and reminders
  • It’s best practice to close a PCard/Travel Card when employees give notice that they’re leaving U-M, retiring, or changing departments. To close a card, please submit a Request a Change to My Card TDX ticket. Closing a PCard/Travel Card does not prevent cardholders from reconciling expenses in their Concur profile. Any expenses that are made before the card is closed will still appear in Concur. Please note that merchants are still able to issue credits/refunds to a PCard/Travel Card, even if the card has been closed.

  • All PCards have a limit of $5,000 per transaction, except for airfare and hotel expenses, which are exempt from this limit. If a purchase over $5,000 cannot be made on a PO or from a University-Wide Supplier and needs to be placed on the PCard, cardholders should seek approval from Procurement Services by submitting a General Request TDX ticket. After cardholders have received approval to use a PCard for the purchase, they should complete a Submit a Card Question TDX ticket and request the single transaction limit be temporarily lifted. The approval that was received from Procurement Services should be attached to expedite the request.
