Self-Service Tax Assessor Searches
Dear Location Professionals,

You are our most valued customers and we strive to assist you every day with any issues that may arise. I'm writing today to make you aware of a new tool we've created to help you identify property ownership. The SELF SERVICE TAX ASSESSOR SEARCH instructions below provide simple step by step instructions to find the owner of a property you wish to contact.

The purpose of this is twofold-  1) we want to empower you to get the information you need quickly, and 2) we hope to free up time for Lisa and Lee to tackle an enormous backlog of projects, including updates to CinemaScout, as well as give them more time to assist with location searches.

Moving forward, we will ask you to begin these tax accessor searches using our self-service instructions.  If you have a challenge connecting-the-dots, please contact Lisa Mosher lmosher@film.ca.gov   or Lee Bowdle jbowdle@film.ca.gov for immediate assistance.

Thanks for partnering with us to make California the best place to film.
