Moratorium on Any Filming Involving Traffic Control in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties
Please note that effective immediately there will be a moratorium on any filming activities involving traffic control on all state routes throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties. All film requests for intermittent traffic control (ITC), rolling breaks and/or lane closures will be prohibited during this time.

This moratorium will be in effect until further notice.
