Program 3.0 Qualified Expenditures Chart
Latest Updates
An updated Qualified Expenditures Chart (QEC) for Program 3.0 is now available with the latest updates to assist applicants in tagging and tracking production budgets and expenditures; Program 2.0 should continue to utilize the Program 2.0 QEC. Applicants are strongly advised to review the QEC prior to project budgeting and scheduling; approved applicants should also review latest updates as changes and additional notes in the following expenditures have been made:

  • Covid-19 Health and Safety Expenses
  • Box Rentals
  • Fringes
  • Below the Line Per Diem
  • Shipping and Postage
  • DGA - Pension

The latest changes have been highlighted in pink in the QEC. Additionally, a new page has been created on the California Film Commission website to include an alphabetized version of the QEC; please update your bookmarks accordingly.

As a reminder, the application window for independent and non-independent feature films begin on Monday, July 19, 2021. Further details can be found in the Production Alert.
