ROCKFORD, IL (JULY 9TH, 2014) - Production Tool & Supply is excited to announce a merger with local company Factory Supplies. This combined enterprise will optimize the strengths of both companies by unifying resources and combining the efforts of a skilled sales and support team, all under the Production Tool & Supply name and location. Factory Supplies anticipates fully moving operations to their new location by late summer.

While operations have already begun to merge, providing customers with benefits and resources from both companies, current customers will still see invoicing and paperwork under their original company for the time being. Both companies anticipate a smooth transition with no interruption in service to customers. Additional information will be provided to customers for both companies in the upcoming months.

Production Tool's current cutting tool, material handling, and MRO lines will be improved with the merger, as Factory Supply brings substantial MRO and abrasive resources and decades of team experience and knowledge.

Current Factory Supplies customers will have multiple new benefits as a result of the merger. Customers now have the added option to shop online at www.Production-Tool.com, and their order will still be processed through Factory Supplies. Additionally, customers now have access to even more cutting tool and material handling lines through Production Tool & Supply, as well as access to time and cost saving integration options.
