About the Program

Time is your most valuable resource.

Does this sound familiar to you? You are a busy attorney running an impressive practice. There always seems to be more things to do in a day than time. You lie to yourself that you can get it all done. You arrive at work with the best of intentions to accomplish as much of your to-do list as possible. Before you know it, it is the afternoon, and your list somehow has grown instead of diminished.

Throughout the day, your clients’ and the firm’s needs are taking the driver’s seat of your day. Which of these activities are truly needed? And which of them are really welcomed distractions and interruptions that are impeding your ability to have a productive day?

These unseemly small distractions add up leaving you frustrated, feeling unaccomplished, and always behind in work. How can you stop welcoming them?

This session will help you to identify and stop the various distractions and interruptions that arise throughout your workday. We will take a deep dive into what is causing you stress and anxiety at the present time and help to develop a solution for it.

This program is presented by the Law Practice Management & Technology section, chaired by Brian Lepak and Dean Serwin. Find out more about the section at www.bhba.org.
