ETHICS CYCLE ENDS 12/31/2024
All Realtors® and Appraisers must complete at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training in a 3-year cycle.
The current cycle is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.
This is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS®.
If you need to take an Ethics course, the VBR has an open class on December 11th at noon. Click here for info or to register.

Congratulations to the award recipients at VBR’s Installation Celebration! Two of our founding members, David Cole and Rod Slifer, were honored with VBR’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Both men were instrumental in developing and sustaining the real estate profession in Vail.
Our 2024 REALTOR® of the Year is Crissy Rumford, and both Laura Putnam of National Property Inspections and Larry Mullin of Mullin and Associates Property Inspections were named Affiliate of the Year. We had four new VailPro® Designation finishers: Listle Isaacs, Lyndsey Stevens, Kim Hefty, and Sara Hoodicoff. Well-deserved kudos to all!
