Updated Purchase Schedule
Effective beginning the week of April 6, 2020, AHFA will reduce our Purchase Schedule to 1 day a week.
Purchase advice summaries will be provided on Wednesdays and Thursdays for wires to be received on Friday. To fund on Friday, the file must be submitted to the purchase department by 4 p.m. CT on Tuesday.
Updated Credit Score Overlay
AHFA is adjusting our minimum middle FICO on all programs to 640.
This change will take effect on all loans reserved on or after April 6, 2020. We will honor the previous FICO on any reservations made prior to April 6, 2020.
