Monthly mortgage payments are set at 30% or less of the homeowner's income making homeownership an affordable reality.
Habitat for Humanity is a private nonprofit organization that is funded through the generosity of local individuals, businesses and faith organizations. Habitat started in Georgia in 1976 and here in 1984.  Here locally over 7,000 volunteers served last year in some capacity.  To reach Vince call 239-800-5205, email   To learn more visit   Vince is pictured above with President Lindsey.
