The first draft of the 2026 Multifamily Bond Financing Guidelines can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA's) website. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft through 
Monday, November 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Multifamily Rental Underwriting

The first draft 2026 Multifamily Rental Underwriting Guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines through 
Monday, November 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Please do not combine comments for the draft guidelines. Submit comments separately for the respective guidelines to the email addresses above. 

On October 16, 2025, the OHFA Board approved the 2026 Experience and Capacity Standards. The board approved documents can be found on OHFA's program webpages.

Thursday, October 16, the OHFA Board approved projects to be invited to submit a final application from the SFY 2026 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC and 2025 4% LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing rounds.
