  • Offering a wide variety of classes to suit every riders ability; from a single drop-in to an Periodized Cycling program, we have a class to achieve your goals!
  • For your convenience, we have lockers and showers available.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT
A 4-Part Cycling Series to maximize your indoor riding..
STARTS THIS SATURDAY! Be ready for the 2018 racing season with this special 4-part, 1.5 hour Saturday morning COACHED cycling session. It is ideal for the cyclist or triathlete that wants to gain knowledge and the tools to build cycling fitness in the OFF-Season but cannot commit to a weekly coached session. 
 
2nd Saturday of each month. 1.5-hour session 6:45 to 8:15am
  • December 9th, Overview of pedaling economy, power and heart rate training and how to maximize indoor training. 
  • January 13th, 20-minute time trial, receive training intensities for future training
  • February 10th, Specific workout off the coaching software based on current FTP
  • March 10th, 20-minute time trial re-test
 
To maximize the benefit of the series is it recommended to attend all 4 sessions, however drop-in sessions are available.

Ride on a road course at your own intensity in a well-venatliated and fun environment!
TRI-Group Training
Half or Full Ironman Distance options, providing race specific training, education, and support.
Junior Training
Cycling and Triathlon emphasis.  Includes cycling, run and strength sessions

TRI Swim
Weekly Coached Swims for the triathlete. I mprove your technique and fitness in the water.
Tuesday/Fridays
Cycle STRONG
45-minutes of high cadence intervals followed by a 45-minute periodized strength session.
Monday/Wednesday/Saturdays
NEW! AM Strength
A periodized 2x per week strength session for the Endurance Athlete.
