Program Managers Virtual Training Series To better support you and the Ceca Award Program at your facility, we invite you to the next session of our quarterly training series for program managers and administrators. The Power of Thanks Ceca Tip: Research shows that more than 75% of people surveyed save handwritten thank you notes. So, grab a piece of company letterhead and take two minutes to write something personal to an honoree. This special note can be given as part of the award celebration or at any time. They will remember this gesture for years to come.
