Renovation Program Highlights
So far this year, HIF has invested over $200K in six local nonprofit housing providers, improving the quality of housing for hundreds of residents. 

We turned $1 of cash spent into $2.5 worth of repairs and renovations. It's all thanks to YOU, our generous community volunteers who gave their time, and vendors who made in-kind donations of labor and materials. See some of your recent renovation accomplishments below:

AvalonBay Gives Back to our Seniors
HIF teamed up with Corporate Champion AvalonBay Communities and Apartment Renovation Specialists, Brook Furniture Rental , B.Taylor Painting , CriterionBrock , and HD Supply to give new life to Valley Village Retirement Community . Before and after photos coming soon!

We are kicking off the holiday season with #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving. Help HIF raise our  $20,000  goal to go towards renovating an em ergency shelter for homeless women and children, a domestic violence shelter, or other nonprofit housing facility in 2017!
