Eric Sanders, ACE® Certified Personal Trainer. Eric has been personal training for more than 5 years and has helped numerous clients reach their strength and weight loss goals. Eric began his fitness journey as an overweight teenager, but with the help of kickboxing and weightlifting was able to get in shape and now is passionate about helping others reach their goals.
Eric is committed to giving his clients result-driven trainings. Every client is unique and each session is planned to meet your needs and goals!
Chris Snyder, NETA Certified Personal Trainer. Chris has had a lifelong passion for helping others as he has spent many years coaching youth sports in Football, Baseball, and Basketball. His passion for athletic development has led him to training and competing in several athletic endeavors ranging from team sports like Football to solo endurance sports like Triathlon, Marathon, and obstacle course racing. He is currently working to expand and continue his education by working towards a Nutrition Certification and specializations in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercises, and Behavior Changes.
Personal Training and Partner Personal Training sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. TRX® Suspension Training one-on-one sessions are available in 45 minute sessions. All trainings can be purchased individually, or as a package of ten sessions.
