Celebrating 75 Years of Providence Catholic School

On Saturday, September 12, our Providence Catholic School community came together for a truly special occasion: our 75th Anniversary Mass and Reception. This milestone celebration brought together our students, families, faculty, staff, alumnae, friends of Providence, and the Sisters of Divine Providence to honor 75 years of faith, education, sisterhood, and tradition. We were especially honored to welcome the Archbishop as we celebrated Mass together and gave thanks for the generations who have shaped Providence Catholic School.

Following Mass, our community continued the celebration with a reception, providing an opportunity to reconnect, share memories, and celebrate the legacy that continues within our halls today.

Seventy-five years is more than a milestone—it represents generations of young women, educators, sisters, families, and supporters who have made Providence what it is today. As we celebrate our history throughout this anniversary year, we also look forward with gratitude and excitement to everything still to come.

Here’s to 75 years of Providence—and to the next 75.

Mass is available on YouTube courtesy of the Archdiocese of San Antonio. More pictures to come!

Refer a Prospective Family to us!

Providence has a referral program. Current families who refer a new student to us will get a $500 tuition credit to their account in January. (The new student must list the current student or person's name on the application, and the new student must attend Providence for a full semester before the credit is applied to the referral. Referral credit is not applied to the new student.)

Currently, we are still accepting students for the upcoming school year 2026-2027, but if you have a family for a future year, now is the BEST time to get them interested in Providence!

Student/Family interviews are required for incoming 8th-grade, high school, and senior transfers.

7th Grade - Class of 2032 - is FULL and has a waitlist.

Contact Enrollment Director Kat Chavarria with any information about a prospective family.
