Valentine’s Day isn’t just for romance. While the business world generally regards it as a holiday best left to the lovebirds, here at Progressive Builders, we see it differently. We believe Valentine’s Day is an important moment to reflect upon - and celebrate - valued customers like you.

So many of you have fallen in love with our team and our work over the years, and you’ve taken the time to say so. Now, I want to take a moment to convey just how much you mean to us.

What is Design/Build and What Are the Benefits to Homeowners?

It’s not uncommon for us to hear that many homeowners do not yet know about the advantages of design/build remodeling over the conventional system of hiring an architect and general contractor. It’s a great question. And, deserves some clarification.
What is Design-Build?
Design-build is a project delivery method that provides homeowners with a single contract - and a sole point of contact - for both the design and construction phases of a home remodeling project. Design-build firms take on the contractual risk and responsibility for every aspect of a remodel - from conception to completion.

A Splash of Color for a Bonita Springs Master Bathroom

When we first met with our clients, they had a number of complaints about the master bathroom in their seasonal Bonita Springs home. While the space was palatial, it just didn’t function well for them. Furthermore, it didn’t reflect their sense of style. They wanted to update fixtures and finishes with a splash of color and redesign the large, cave-like shower to include additional drainage and ventilation.
The solution? Our design team concluded that a complete reconfiguration of the entire master bathroom was the best way to give our clients the functionality and open feel they envisioned.

Progressive Builders Sponsors Rotary Club of Fort Myers
Screaming Orphans helps raise money for local, well-deserving non-profits
|
|
On January 14, the Rotary Club of Fort Myers, the oldest club in Southwest Florida founded in 1922, hosted an outdoor concert that featured the very popular all-female Irish band, Screaming Orphans.
Screaming Orphans, a long-time friend and supporter of the Rotary Club for over six years, helped raise money for local, well-deserving non-profit organizations.
The beneficiary from this event, over the past two years, has been the Rotary Trust fund, which provides grants to non-profits. Since partnering with the Screaming Orphans, the Rotary Trust fund has provided more than $180,000.00 in grants.
Sharing in this fabulous fundraising event, team members from Progressive Builders filled a table, enjoying each other, a beautifully prepared dinner, spirits, and of course fabulous music from the Screaming Orphans—all in support of Rotary Club of Fort Myers.
