Michael S. Thomas, Research Fellow and Project Director


Michael S. Thomas, Research Fellow and Project Director, has been with LTI for over 21 years. He is responsible for project coordination from concept through clinical manufacturing, including, product and process development, technical support, troubleshooting, and clinical trial material manufacturing. Mike’s technical focus is product design in novel container closure delivery systems such as dual chamber cartridges and syringes.



Mike started with LTI in 2001 as a Research Technician. Over the years he was promoted to Associate Scientist, Research Scientist, and then his current role as Research Fellow and Project Director. Mike is also a member of the LTI Scientific Advisory Board.


Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arcadia University. He also holds a Masters in Pharmaceutics from Temple University. He has been published in Pharmaceutical Technology and has authored and presented podium and poster presentations to the industry.
