Dear Neighbor, 

We are excited to introduce the Project Dispatch, the first Buda Bonds electronic newsletter, which is focused on providing you with the latest project information and timeline updates. Our team has been hard at work establishing the groundwork for each bond-funded project and lately, has been working on identifying design and construction firms for some of the projects. We hope you learn more about our efforts in this Project Dispatch and help us spread the word to your friends and neighbors. 

As our small, bustling city continues to grow, so does the need for additional resources and infrastructure improvements. In 2020, the Buda City Council formed the Buda Bonds Advisory Committee (BBAC) to analyze potential projects for consideration in the November 2021 bond election, which resulted in two bond recommendations: Proposition A, to address transportation infrastructure and mobility, and Proposition B, to improve and expand local parks and recreation spaces. Today, I am thrilled to share my op-editorial that is running in the most recent edition of the Hays Free Press.
