Your project’s success depends on your Project Management skills and abilities to plan and manage the many aspects of the project successfully.

Project Managers need to identify requirements, define budgets and schedules, and then manage a project team to accomplish those requirements with limited resources, with a defined budget and in a defined schedule. Even the best line organization managers need to learn different skills to successfully complete even small projects, and this class will give you those skills.

Develop Your “Toolkit” of Proven Project Management Tools

Successful Project Managers use a variety of tools to bring projects to a successful conclusion: documents, templates, processes, techniques and more, that the Project Manager can pull out of their “toolkit” and use on the project.
This class introduces Project Managers (PM) to many tools they can use in their projects and gives the Project Managers insights and practice in using those tools. Participants will learn about tools such as a Project Charter, Requirements Analysis, Risk Assessments, the essential Earned Value Management and others that a PM will use in managing all aspects of a project.

This class gives new and experienced Project Managers insights and skills necessary to carry out the day-to-day management of a project, regardless of its size. The successful Project Manager knows how to build and motivate the project team and then manage that team to be the most effective and productive it can be. Project Managers are often responsible for leading stakeholders through the change process to get them ready for changes brought about by the project.

These advanced skills will give the Project Manager additional depth in their skill set, and add confidence that they can handle the more difficult and complex Project Management challenges.
