Headshot of Emily Casella

Emily Casella (she/her)

Intern, School Counselor

I am passionate about school counseling because I want to support all students in any way possible. I love being a go-to person for my students and I am always here for them. It has been wonderful working in BPS this school year and I have been able to work with the most amazing students.

Headshot of Johnny Nguyet

Johnny Nguyen (he/him)

Mentor, Social Worker

Johnny is a proud graduate of Boston Public Schools and has worked in a variety of clinical settings with adolescents involved in the criminal justice system, young homeless parents, and domestic violence survivors. Having worked in an elementary school for the past number of years, Johnny is now at his alma mater, the O'Bryant. When he's not at work, he is hanging out with his little ones, doing something photography related, and most eating too much chicken tenders.
