NEW - Guides for Case Conferencesstudy

The ICAM team has created the Accessible Educational Materials (AEM) Instructional Guide and ICAM/IERC NIMAS Forms Guide for the Case Conference to provide clarification of the AEM process for the Case Conference Committee and is intended for use during the IEP meeting. This detailed document may be regarded as a template to steer discussions on AEM, including how to provide appropriate responses to questions on AEM in the Indiana IEP.

The ICAM/IERC NIMAS forms, which are referred to in the Indiana IEP, are a frequent point of confusion and are addressed specifically in this guide. Contact the ICAM staff should your team need further assistance.
