What's Happening
The contractor for the Venetian Islands road resurfacing project has completed all corrective measures and asphalt work in San Marino, Di Lido and Rivo Alto Islands. Pavement markings must be installed across all three islands to prepare for final project closeout.
Work will be performed as a moving operation, requiring partial lane closures for short periods. The contractor has already completed work on San Marino and Di Lido Islands and is scheduled to finish Rivo Alto tomorrow, completing both the north and south sides of each island.
To ensure a safe and efficient operation, we kindly request that all vehicles, including commercial vehicles, avoid parking within the designated work zones.
Timeline
Due to weather conditions, the remaining asphalt pavement marking work is scheduled to continue through Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please know that this schedule may change due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
What to Expect
- Presence of construction equipment, flaggers and crew members.
- Resident access to properties will not be impacted during this operation.
