Traffic will switch to the west side of 158th Avenue, north of Walker Road, starting Monday, March 4, with the installation of temporary striping and the removal of concrete barriers.

Impacts include:

• The outside northbound travel lane on 158th Avenue, north of Walker Road, will reopen, along with pedestrian access.
• The two southbound travel lanes on 158th will be shifted slightly east to allow a daily, temporary work zone along the west side of 158th Avenue.
• Pedestrian access will be closed along the west side of 158th Avenue. Pedestrians should access Fred Meyer and adjacent stores using the Schendel Avenue or Walker Road entrances.

Drivers: Traffic for westbound Walker Road, through the work area, is still reduced to one lane between Murray Boulevard and 158the Avenue.

Share the travel lane with cyclists on 158th Avenue, between Schendel Avenue and Walker Road, through the work zone.

Pedestrian: Sidewalks remain closed along the north side of Walker Road. Use the sidewalk along the south side of Walker Road through the work zones.

Cyclists: The westbound bike lane on the north side of Walker Road has been relocated adjacent to the concrete barriers. Share the travel lane with vehicles on 158th Avenue, between Schendel Avenue and Walker Road, through the work zone.

Transit: Northbound Bus 67 (Stop ID #6832), adjacent to the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District's Terpenning Recreation Complex, will be restored once the barriers are removed.

• Completed installation of new curb and gutter along east side of 158th Avenue, between Walker Road and Schendel Avenue.
• Completed installation of new storm pipe and structures on 158th Avenue and on Walker Road, between 158th Avenue and 150th Avenue/Koll Parkway.
• Completed installation of sound wall panels for sound wall at the northeast corner of the Walker and Butner roads intersection.
• Completed paving of Beaverton waterline trench at the 158th and Schendel avenues intersection
• Completed paving the new road section along the east side of 158th Avenue, behind the concrete barriers, north of Walker Road.
• Completed installation of new Beaverton water line on 150th Avenue, from Walker Road to Conor Circle.
• Installed signal pole foundations at 158th Avenue, Greystone Court, 150th Avenue/Koll Parkway, and Meadow Drive and installed associated signal conduit.
• Installation of light pole bases and associated electrical conduits.

• Partial installation of storm pipe laterals across Walker Road, between 150th Avenue/Koll Parkway and 158th Avenue. The remaining laterals will be installed when work zone flips to south side of Walker Road.
• Installation of storm structures on Walker Road, just west of Meadow Drive.
• Prep base for installation of new curb and gutter between 150th and 158th avenues, followed by installation of storm inlet tops.
• Continue with installation of light pole bases on 158th Avenue, north of Walker, and from 150th to 158th avenues.
• Continue installation of electrical conduits for street lighting and interconnect throughout project corridor.
• Continue installation of remaining signal pole bases at 150th Avenue and Meadow Drive.

• Installation of new storm pipe and structures at the Walker and Butner roads intersection, working west towards Meadow Drive.
• Continued installation of storm pipe and structure installation between Meadow Drive and 150th Avenue/Koll Parkway.
• Complete installation of new curb and gutter between 150th and 158th avenues, and new storm inlet tops followed by prep for new sidewalks.
• Installation of new light poles along east side of 158th Avenue followed by installation of light poles between 158th and 150th avenues
• Clearing and grubbing of vegetation along the west side of 158th Avenue, between Walker Road and Schendel Avenue.
• Installation of light pole bases along west side of 158th Avenue, between Schendel Avenue and Walker Road, and on north side of Walker Road, between 158th Avenue and the Fred Meyer entrance/Outrigger Drive.
