I hope this finds you well. Have you ever stopped to think about how many ways God shows His love for His people?

Whether its a new roof, new school books, clean water, or delicious homemade peanut butter cookies; there is no limit to the ways that God can use your support to reach those He loves.

Until the last one years,

Pastor Brent Kaser
God Uses a New Roof to
Open a Door for the Gospel
Oliver Laku is a refugee from South Sudan who suffers from partial paralysis in both his legs. His wife is suffering from mental problems and runs unrestrained through the camp. His house was affected by a wind storm and lost several iron sheets. Operation Mourning to Gladness was able to repair the roof and buy Oliver a mattress. Our workers shared the Gospel with him and gave him a Proclaimer. He said that hearing the Word of God has been such an encouragement to him during this time of hardship.
Grateful in Uganda
It was a wonderful moment during the general assembly for children and their caretakers at the beginning of the current school year.

Children shared their testimonies of how the Promise Child program has helped them. The caretakers expressed their gratitude for God's love for their children, the timely provision of their needs, and how education has brightened their children's futures.
Learning to Bake!

Cooking may seem like a chore to most of us, but not to the girls in our girl's home in Southeast Asia.

Because of your support, they receive these girls received an oven that helps them learn and experience things that every child should know like how to bake delicious peanut butter cookies!

More Blessings for the Girl's Home
Anita, Susmita, and Binita won prizes for a book review competition which is held both inter-class and inter-school. The girls love reading story books and they enjoy their library time. It is so good to see them not only taking part in other extracurricular activities at school but excelling in them and their studies.
Thanks to your donations, the girl's home in Southeast Asia now has clean water. This means clearer iron free ground water from the well, no need to buy water, and it saves maintenance on the taps. The water can now be used for all everyday activities except for drinking.
More Children to Love!
Durav is doing well in school and he likes studying English. For fun, he likes playing Carrom, a popular game in South Asia which is similar to billiards. Durav lives in the Jordi Hostel because his family lives far from school.

He receives full time care at the hostel and lives with 12 other boys.
Durav asks for prayer that he will have wisdom in school and be able to pass all of his tests. Please also pray that as he hears about the love of Jesus, he will open his heart to the Gospel.

We have exciting news, Promise Child was featured on John Ankerberg's show focusing on God's working in the Bidi Bidi Refugee Camp in Northern Uganda and our partnership with Faith Comes By Hearing!!
