"Love God and Love People!"

"We love because He first loved us." 1 John 4:19

Greetings from the ministries of Dubai, Bahrain, New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and New Jersey regions), Syracuse, Hartford, Philadelphia, Boston, Providence, Manchester, Burlington, and Casco Bay; the Northeast USA and Middle East!

Our World Sector has been unified in living like Jesus, with a focus on seeking and saving the lost. As our leader Cory Blackwell has been teaching, we have to fight to separate ourselves from the "progressive" denominational version of false Christianity that wants to bend the bible to appease society. As a bible based church, we know that the only thing that can bend is our lives, as we radically transform by living according to God's word! We've seen an increase in bible studies as many churches are fasting and praying to move their ministries. There's no bench warmers in the Kingdom of God, we can't just be consumers, we also have to be contributors. This means that each and every disciple is getting called higher in their walk with God, and their personal righteousness!

Planning is currently underway for our Middle East missions conference titled "Devoted" which will be taking place in Dubai from December 8-10; less than two months away! we hope that many from congregations around the world will join us for what will surely be a powerful time of worship and praise! Click HERE for more information and details on how to register!

This weeks good news email will share snapshots of our ministries across the Promised Land World Sector praying, obeying, and playing as a family. We will then close out with more good news, additions, and finally the featured disciple of the week.

Since the last email, we've had baptisms, restorations, community events, and so much more! Our hope is that as you join us in celebrating all of God's miracles, the love of Christ may be seen through every disciple's personal ministry!

Pray...

The Casco Bay disciples (along with 6 visitors) had an awesome adventure apple picking!

Burlington's "Made to Create" singles event was a big hit! Everyone was well fed and entertained. Around 20 visitors attended!

On their way back to Syracuse after visiting the Hartford church (which they oversee) Dave and Jill Swann had a chance to explore bean-town with their son Jordan and daughter-in-law Alyssa (Boston's church leaders) acting as tour guides!

And God added to their numbers...

Rowan was baptized in Bahrain at the beginning of the week! What an incredible miracle, her baptism pushed the mission team (which is less than one year old!) to 30 sold out disciples! To God be all the glory!

... But Bahrian wasn't done receiving miracles from God. Later in the week they saw the baptism of Loraine, a resident of Bahrain who is of Pakistani descent! With her addition the Bahrain church has now more than tripled in size in less than a year!

In another miracle from the Middle East, Benjamin (the ex-fiance of a faithful disciple named Sheila) was so moved by the love of the church that he took the Jesus week challenge! After studying every day, back to back, he made Jesus lord of his life!

In Providence, Lesley (a student at RIC) was baptized and Jose (below) was restored to God!

Philadelphia hosted their first open mic event and it was a huge success with 15 different people sharing their talents. Please pray that many of them become disciples!

The Burlington disciples are building friendships throughout the community! Truly imitating the first century church, all nations are being drawn to the biblical revival in Vermont!

Featured Disciple...

"Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever." Daniel 12:3

Each week we feature a different disciple who is doing incredible things for God and His Kingdom.

This week we'd like to close out the good news report by introducing Sarah, from the New York City church. A Godly woman of many talents, including hosting her own social media events, performing spoken word, and a passionate writer, Sarah is looking to change the world one woman at a time through the transformational power of God! Despite being such a young disciple - she was baptized October 23, 2020- she has been raising up due to her love for the lost leading to fruitful labor. She's especially excited about the opportunity recently received to co-lead her first ever bible talk! Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 20:9, her favorite food is Chicken Tikka Masala, and her Kingdom dreams are to be appointed a Women's Ministry Leader while also building a mental healthy ministry for Women, and publishing a book for Sold Out Press International!

Please continue to pray for the workers as we continue to pray for you! Family to the end! - Team Promised Land
