2. WHAT DO YOU GET WITH THE

BEFORE RECon:City staff and Kosmont will identify priority development opportunity sites or districts (public or private owned).
Kosmont will add those sites to the OppSites Economic Development Marketplace, including preferred project types and other local information.
Kosmont will also ‘BLAST’ your sites to targeted ICSC attendees and developers/tenants before the Conference.
DURING RECon: Kosmont will use OppSites Messenger to set meetings with real estate professionals who respond with interest in your sites.
AFTER RECon:Kosmont will use OppSites Analytics which collects information on interested developers/tenants to debrief with you on the results of our ICSC promotion efforts and suggested next steps to advance deals.
