Bojangles, Inc. ( BOJA), hosts a Bible study each Monday morning at the company headquarters. It's open to all employees and typically attended by several of the company's leadership team. The faith-friendly atmosphere created by the company fosters other heart-felt religious expressions. Enter one of its restaurants and you just might encounter gently-wafting Christian music, a prerogative allowed to all its managers.

Promoting faith in the marketplace, a right secured by our First Amendment, is another example of American Values @ Work.
