Building on our commitment to continue innovating to offer a better experience for our members, we are glad to announce a new tool already available in the Agent Portal to request Proof of Insurance letters.

The Proof of Insurance letters contain general information about the member’s plan’s coverage and comply with the minimum requirements for procedures like:
* Immigration processes
* Study
* Travel

Requesting a Proof of Insurance letter through the Agent Portal is fast and easy.
For Individual Policies:
  • Log into the Agent Portal.
  • Search by policy number.
  • At the bottom, select the desired language next to Proof of Insurance.
  • Download the document that is generated by clicking on the link in the pop-up window.
For Corporate Group Policies:
  • Log into the Agent Portal.
  • Search by certificate number.
  • At the bottom, select the desired language next to Proof of Insurance.
  • Download the document that is generated by clicking on the link in the pop-up window.
