On behalf of Chamber San Mateo County, we are excited to invite everyone back to the Progress Seminar in person at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country from October 15 – 17, 2021! However, your health and safety remain our highest priority as we plan for this event. We are contacting you to inform you that all Progress Seminar attendees and guests must be fully vaccinated to attend any part of the Seminar. This means that you must have either completed the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine or completed the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccines at least two weeks prior to the event.
Please provide proof of vaccination no later than October 1, 2021. This will allow the attendees, as well as the employees of the venue servicing this event, peace of mind and as much safety as possible. Please send a copy of your vaccination card to Felicia Basques at [email protected]. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination and can no longer attend, please contact us immediately.
