The bill will ensure that homeowners, builders, and business owners have access to balanced energy solutions that are efficient, affordable and clean.

The bill will now head to Governor Holcomb for signature. Upon signature from the Governor, Indiana will be eighth state to pass “ban the ban” legislation in 2021 including Utah, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, Kansas, Iowa and Wyoming.
