Property Maintenance

We've noticed some new weeds popping up in yards from the recent monsoons.

Good news! We've negotiated a discount rate with our landscaper, Ersland Touch Landscape, to manually remove, rake, blow and remove debris from your front yard for only $60. Please contact Anthony Moreno, Ersland Touch General Manager, (602) 329-6317, for weed removal.

Shortly, our property maintenance team will be conducting another walkthrough of the whole neighborhood, and courtesy letters will be delivered to those residents who have these issues.

Please take advantage of these weed removal services and resolve these issues before November 8th to avoid receiving a violation, which may eventually result in a monetary fine.
