New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program™ experienced an increase in applications to the Charge Up New Jersey Program for Fiscal Year 2022 (“FY22 Program”) and is proposing to shift currently available funding from State Facilities Initiative and Energy Storage Programs to ensure adequate funding is available to attempt to meet the demands of the FY22 Program. NJBPU is seeking comments on the proposed second FY22 Budget revision and the updated FY22 Charge Up New Jersey Program Compliance Filing released on September 23, 2021. Staff will hold a virtual Public Stakeholder Meeting on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. ET to further discuss the proposed changes to the Charge Up New Jersey Program.
