The Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund supports land banking, equity, and concessionary debt for affordable housing.

Land Banking Letters of Intent Received

CHFA has published a list of Letters of Intent (LOIs) received for the Land Banking program established by Proposition 123. The list is published on the Affordable Housing Financing Fund website.


On September 11, 2023, LOI respondents will be notified of application next steps.


As a reminder, the LOI acceptance period for the current round of funding for Land Banking has closed. To be eligible to apply for the Land Banking program during this round, a Letter of Intent (LOI) must have been submitted to CHFA on or before August 21, 2023.
