The Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund supports land banking, equity, and concessionary debt for affordable housing.

Save the Date: Concessionary Debt Program Launch Webinar

The application period for the Concessionary Debt program established by Proposition 123 will begin on September 18th. You are invited to a webinar on September 5th from Noon to 1:30pm that will include program guidelines, details regarding the application process, and built-in time for questions and discussion.


This webinar will cover all aspects of the Concessionary Debt program except for debt financing for modular and factory-build housing manufacturers, which will be rolled out separately. Please use the link below to register for the webinar.
