The Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund supports land banking, equity, and concessionary debt for affordable housing.

Reminder: Proposition 123 Equity Program Webinar

In partnership with the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), CHFA will co-host a webinar on Friday, March 1st, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm to discuss the Equity program established by Proposition 123. The webinar will include a presentation of draft program guidelines with time built in for questions and feedback.

The Equity program provides below-market-rate equity investments to eligible for-profit and nonprofit entities for the construction or preservation of low- and middle-income multifamily rental developments. A Tenant Equity Vehicle (TEV), funded through program earnings, will be required for developments receiving Equity financing.
