Concessionary Debt Applications Received

CHFA has published a list of applications received for the Concessionary Debt program established by Proposition 123. Applications were accepted for the Multifamily Finance, LIHTC Gap Finance, and LIHTC Predevelopment Finance loan options from November 20, 2025, through 5:00pm MT on December 18, 2025. During the application period, a total of 11 applications were received representing more than $30 million in funding requests.
