The Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund supports land banking, equity, and concessionary debt for affordable housing.

Equity Program Application Update and Webinar Recording

Updated versions of the Equity program application documents are now available on the Affordable Housing Financing Fund website. These versions, 1.2, include an adjustment that corrects an issue that was causing an error to appear on application spreadsheets in some scenarios. Program applicants should use these updated documents in their application.

The Equity program provides below-market-rate equity investments to eligible for-profit and nonprofit entities for the construction or preservation of low- and middle-income multifamily rental developments.

CHFA began accepting applications on March 18, 2024, and the application submission period will end on April 18, 2024, at 5:00pm MT. Project sponsors selected to receive Equity program funding will be announced in July 2024. Questions related to the Equity program and the application process may be emailed to Equity@chfainfo.com
