About Proposition 123 Modular Finance and Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP)

Innovative housing manufacturers were invited to apply for two programs that CHFA is administering on behalf of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade: the Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP), established by Colorado House Bill 22-1282, and the Proposition 123 Modular Finance program, a component of the Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund.

Both programs finance the development or expansion of innovative housing manufacturing facilities, and additional information about both programs is available on the CHFA website.

Please contact the Innovative Housing team with questions about one or both innovative housing manufacturer financing programs described above.

More information about other programs administered under the Affordable Housing Financing Fund is available on the Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund website
