Land Banking Application Deadline: November 1st


Of the 113 LOIs submitted for the Land Banking program, 26 were selected to apply through a competitive process for the $24.5M available in the FY22-23 Land Banking round.


Those invited organizations have until Wednesday, November 1st, at 11:59pm MT to submit their application.


Those not invited to apply at this time, as well as future interested applicants, will have the opportunity to submit an LOI for consideration in 2024, details of which will be announced as soon as possible. Proposition 123 Modular Finance and Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP) Application Deadline: November 3rd


Innovative housing manufacturers can apply for two financing programs that CHFA is administering on behalf of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade: the Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP) and the Proposition 123 Modular Finance program.


The application period for both programs will close on Friday, November 3rd, at 11:59pm MT. Details about the two programs are available on CHFA’s website.
