Concessionary Debt Application Window Closes Today


Today, Monday, October 9th, is the final day applications are accepted for the Multifamily Finance, LIHTC Gap Finance, and LIHTC Predevelopment Finance components of the Concessionary Debt program established by Proposition 123. Details about each of the loan options, including program guidelines and how to apply, are available via the links below.

Projects applying for funding from the Concessionary Debt program must be located in a jurisdiction that has completed a Proposition 123 Local Government Affordable Housing Commitment with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs − Division of Housing. Proposition 123 Modular Finance Program Accepting Applications


Starting today, Monday, October 9th, application documents for the Proposition 123 Modular Finance program will be accepted. The application period will remain open until 11:59pm MT on Friday, November 3, 2023. Details about the modular manufacturing program are available on the CHFA website


On this page, you’ll also find program and application information for the Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP), another program for innovative housing manufacturers that CHFA administers on behalf of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade. This program is also accepting applications through November 3, 2023. Those wishing to compare the two programs may refer to information available on the CHFA website.
