Managing with a Coach Approach

People management is some of the most demanding work we will tackle in our careers. During the course, we will break down several management principles from the book Coaching Illustrated, apply them to your real-world management scenarios, and delve into the advantages and methods required to become an effective coach, mentor, and leader to your team. This is a great course for anyone new to management as well as any manager or director who struggles with building rapport with a team and simultaneously generating the results needed to be a high-performing team.

Prospera's Impact Grant

for Women

Applications are open!

Prospera is pleased to announce that $18,000 in grant funding will go directly to helping women business owners in Montana. Grant funding can be used for anything that will enhance economic independence for women, job creation, or take the business to the next level of success.

We are most interested in projects that directly improve the ability of women business owners to become more economically successful. Grant applicants should share a brief compelling story about how they will use or leverage grant funds to grow or strengthen their business and how it will impact their local community.

Applications due March 8 at noon MST

56Strong connects women entrepreneurs and business leaders from all of Montana's 56 counties through a one-on-one mentorship program. This is a six-month program designed to:

• Bridge the gap between the urban and rural divide
• Support female entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses
• Increase female businesses across the state of Montana
• Help women gain access to capital
• Support and build resiliency among female professionals
