Beneficial Ownership Information Update


At this time the reporting deadline for the Beneficial Ownership Information, BOI, is voluntary. While the preliminary injunction remains in effect, reporting companies are not currently required to file their beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and will not be subject to liability if they fail to do so. Reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit reports if they choose. It is suggested that businesses still gather the information needed and be prepared to file if the injunction is reversed.

Founder and designer Malcolm Fontier moved to town in 2021, quickly growing our hybrid team of remote and local talent. This year, we added three new full-time team members, including a quality control analyst based in Vietnam.


We look to minimize our impact throughout our design process, from partnering with Fair Trade Certified suppliers and selecting recycled materials to low-emissions freight and plastic-free packaging.
