Prospera is currently hiring a part-time Bookkeeping Assistant

The Bookkeeping Assistant provides support to both the finance and accounting operations at Prospera. The financial systems at Prospera are well-established and include a multi-class accounting system along with multiple federal and state grant programs. This position supports financial business operations ensuring our A/P and A/R functions are completed in a timely manner and our bookkeeping system and records are accurate and up to date. This role will support and coordinate their work with the Director of Finance and will provide a customer service function with staff, members, vendors and government agencies regarding transactions and payments.
