Dear Ocean House Family,

As we cruise into mid-September, we would like to remind you of a few end-of-season procedures and policies.

We’re still dealing with a high volume of service requests, and we’re doing our best to get to everyone in a timely manner. The best way to contact our Service Department to schedule work is to visit our website and fill out the Winter Work Request Form (under the service tab or click the link below). This is the most efficient and effective way for us to keep track of all requests and to build an estimate for the service you would like to have done. We appreciate your continued patience and business.

Although we’ve already had one major hurricane threat, hurricane season is far from over. Our Hurricane Boat Hauling Policy is on our website (under the service tab) and we encourage everyone to review it. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

If you’ve been considering upgrading your electronics or repowering your boat, the best time to do so is over the winter. If you’re interested in more information, please contact our Sales Department to discuss options.
