Department of Labor Issues Amended FFCRA Regulations

DOL has amended regulations for the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) after a federal court struck down parts of previous regulations.

The FFCRA requires employers with fewer than 500 employees to provide paid leave to employees who are unable to work or telework because of certain COVID-related reasons.
